United Electric Controls One Series Electronic Switch and Transmitters

The ONE Series is a multifunctional device – switch, gage, and transmitter – that installs via a single process connection while utilizing existing wiring, reducing installation cost. Patented IAW® (I Am Working) self-diagnostics continuously communicate its health status, and increases operational and maintenance efficiency. Set point and deadband are fully adjustable and easily programmed through the display keypad or via HART connection. Certified for hazardous location, intrinsically safe and non-incendive area classifications.

Features

Upgrade legacy systems and reduce cost and maintenance on devices, wiring, and programming by replacing a mechanical switch, gage and transmitter with one device
Reduce multiple, potential leak paths with one device
Precisely control process applications using fully adjustable set point and deadband, while minimizing nuisance trips using advanced features such as trip filtering, and trip delay
Detect One Series faults before they become process-monitoring problems using patented IAW self-diagnostics
Eliminate “live zero” signals caused by blocked pressure ports, or closed isolation valves during maintenance using Plug Port Detection
